How can I help you?

My name is Pauline de Wilde and with my 25 years of experience on stage I am a much sought-after chairperson, speaker and presentation coach. I like to think creatively with you, from request to closing applause, so you don't have to worry about that. Once on stage, I make sure everyone can tell their story, feels at ease, there is calm in chaos, lightness in a tricky topic and energy in a stuffy room.

On stage I enjoy it the most, but behind the scenes I am just as turned on. I am the female chairperson with flair in the Netherlands and because of my knowledge and experience as a presenter, I am asked back time and again. And with pleasure, because I find it important to be really involved and immerse myself in people. Why me?

From rejection at drama school to a career in the spotlight, my journey has been full of LEF (love, energy and focus), perseverance and victories. I dared to choose for myself and, with a diversion through economics, found my love for presenting again. Now I never want to leave the stage, I am a much sought-after day chairman and combine my experience on stage with my knowledge of business. I do this through energetic daytime chairing, giving inspiring keynotes and stimulating presentation coaching. Everything to help you too take to the stage with LEF and get moving.
